I spent most of 2010 to 2012 travelling from Indonesia to Thailand, with time in Australia and New Zealand after.

It was a much needed time of rest and reflection and later learning. I spent a year living at a yoga school, time living on permaculture farms, time in intentional communities, and most importantly a lot of time alone.
